Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Data Controller

NativeSquare SAS is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

We collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the answers you give in a form (for example your company's monthly revenue range) and the details of any call you book with us. When you send your details through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta passes them to us. We also collect technical data about your visit (pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location) through cookies and similar tools, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Data Collection Purpose

We collect data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries via our contact forms.
  • Contacting you by phone or email about the offer you asked about, including when you send your details through a Facebook or Instagram lead form.
  • Scheduling strategy calls and managing appointments.
  • Improving website performance and user experience through analytics.
  • Measuring whether our ads lead to bookings and to relevant leads, with the Meta Pixel, Meta's server connection (Conversions API), the Google tag (which also feeds Google Analytics) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. When you send your contact details, Meta receives the fact that you did, with the number of jobs you can take on. When you book a call, Meta receives the booking, with your role in the company and your revenue range, so that our ads reach more business owners (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Sending newsletters or updates (only with explicit consent).
  • Sending text messages about a call you have scheduled with us, and follow-ups about booking one, only if you agreed to receive them (see section 6).

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, for that purpose alone: Meta (lead forms and ad measurement), Google (email, calendar and ad measurement), Cal.com (scheduling), and our hosting, database, email, analytics and telephone providers. These providers process data on our instructions. Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area, notably in the United States.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: The right to request copies of your personal data.
  • Rectification: The right to request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Erasure: The right to request that we erase your personal data.
  • Portability: The right to request that we transfer your data to another organization.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at office@nativesquare.fr.

6. Text Messages (SMS)

We only send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them, by checking one or both of the two text message boxes on our form, or by saying yes during a phone call with us, before any message is sent. Both boxes are unchecked by default and optional. Agreeing is never a condition of booking a call. We only send the types of messages you agreed to:

  • Non-marketing texts: confirmation of a call you booked, the call link, reminders and material to prepare for it.
  • Marketing texts: follow-ups about booking a call, with a guide on how to get more HVAC jobs.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us.
  • For help, contact us at office@nativesquare.fr.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. Your phone number is only passed to the provider that delivers our messages, and only to send the messages you agreed to receive.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

8. Data Security

We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures: data sent through our website travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to personal data is limited to the people and service providers who need it to run our services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
